Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use Promptlyr to:

• Break the law, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, or upload confidential information without authorization.
• Exploit or endanger children, create sexual content involving minors, groom or coerce people, or distribute nonconsensual intimate imagery.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, dox, impersonate, defraud, or unlawfully discriminate against someone; encourage violence or serious harm; or facilitate criminal abuse.
• Create or distribute malware, steal credentials, access another user’s information, bypass authentication, evade rate limits or payment controls, or disrupt the Service.
• Circumvent provider safeguards, account restrictions, age requirements, or moderation; resell account access or use unauthorized automation that overloads the Service.
• Misrepresent authorship, fabricate sources or research results, cheat on assessments, or use writing and report tools to violate an institution’s academic-integrity rules.
• Upload recordings, likenesses, private school records, or other people’s content without the permissions required for processing and sharing them.
• Use AI alone to make decisions with significant effects on someone’s health, safety, legal rights, education, employment, or finances.

Review generated work, credit sources, follow assignment rules, and obtain permission before recording or sharing information about others. Protect integration tokens and invite links. Do not upload secrets or highly sensitive information that the Service does not need.

Follow applicable feature and provider restrictions. Responsible security reporting is welcome: report a reproducible issue without accessing other users’ records, exploiting it beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it safely, or publicly exposing secrets.

Send abuse, copyright, privacy, or security reports to promptlyr.ai@gmail.com. Include the location of the problem, a description, and non-sensitive evidence. For child privacy issues, use the subject “Child privacy request.” Do not email unlawful images or live credentials.

We may restrict requests or features, remove content, suspend accounts, or respond to lawful authority requests where reasonably necessary. Where safe and lawful, we will explain the action and consider a response or appeal through support. We cannot promise to detect every violation. Enforcement remains subject to the Terms and applicable law.
