Promptlyr is intended for people ages 13 and older. Children under 13 may not register, use the Service, or upload personal information. Parental permission, supervision, or use of an adult account does not create an exception.

This notice explains our minimum age and how parents or guardians can report an underage account or request help with personal information.

Email promptlyr.ai@gmail.com with the subject “Child privacy request.” Provide your contact details, the account email or username if known, and whether you want information reviewed, future collection stopped, or information deleted. You can make an initial request without logging in or purchasing anything.

Do not attach the child’s identity document, recordings, school records, or other sensitive files to the initial email. We may need to verify your authority before disclosing account content. We will take the steps required by applicable law to investigate the report, stop unauthorized processing, and address access or deletion, including relevant service-provider copies.

Deleting the app is not the same as deleting cloud information. A subscription may need separate cancellation through its billing provider. A child-privacy request does not require you to keep a subscription.

The Privacy Policy describes the current information flows: account identifiers, saved chats and files, images and audio, handwriting and notes, school and assignment information, study activity and inferred preferences, billing metadata, technical logs, and optional location that can be precise. AI features can disclose relevant content to third-party providers, and sharing features can disclose content to collaborators.

Do not use these features to submit personal information belonging to a child under 13.

Teenagers below the age of legal majority need parental or guardian permission under the Terms, and additional protections or a higher consent age may apply in their location. AI output still needs human review and may be unsuitable or incorrect.

Teachers cannot assume that a Canvas connection or school email authorizes all processing. School-authorized use requires an appropriate arrangement and must be limited to the purposes and rights that apply to that arrangement. Contact us before uploading student records on behalf of a school.
