What the app does

promptlyr is a platform that lets you use multiple AI models (chat, humanizer, image generation, quiz tools, Turnitin-style checks, and related features) through one interface. You sign up, choose a plan or use free tiers where offered, and use the tools in line with these terms.

What you are allowed to do

You may use the service for lawful, personal or business purposes in line with your plan. You must keep your account credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account.

What you are not allowed to do

You may not:

• Use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or that violates others’ rights.
• Try to break into our systems, abuse the API, or circumvent usage or payment limits.
• Resell or redistribute the service or output in a way that violates these terms or our pricing.
• Scrape, automate access, or use the service in a way that overloads our infrastructure.

Disclaimers — “as is”

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for how you use it. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the service.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to access the service ends; we may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, promptlyr and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or to the extent such limitation is not allowed in your jurisdiction.
